[Todo] extract a map from a selected node #55

When reorganization and automatic layout would be ready, it could be nice
to have a way to extract a node and it's children from a map, and create a
map from it. Keyboard shortcut for that could be 'e' (for extract). 
This way, if an element is found to be a whole concept that needs an entire
map, it could be easily extracted and detailled.
