Menu Bar and Ability to Show/Hide Widgets... #18

We need to have a menu bar at the top of the screen where the user can select each widget and hide/display it. This will allow the user to close widgets and reshow them again later without restarting the application.

For the menu bar, we might also add an option to switch data sets at run time, after #23 is done.

Also:

As Huijie (@Huijie167) noted in the paper, the app can be configured to use different color maps for superquadric rendering. It would be great if we got this to work through the menu bar.
The option to turn streamlines on / off (#17) should be accessible through the menu bar.
