3D data plot #3

Hi, Dr Wu. Your work does really work amazingly. May I ask a stupid question: how did you plot 3D data like each subplot in comparison.jpeg. Would you share your code referring to visualizing 3D data?

Thanks for your interest in our work, but who are you?

I used my Java code to make 3D visualization and the figures. You may use some Python packages to make similar visualizations, which is what I am learning to do as well.
