Some Problems in the Cards

Paradise Plume - The cost is 1, but it was to be 4.
Helm of Kaldra - The ability to create Kaldra doesn't work.
Mercadian Lift - The cost is 1, but it was to be 2. The ability to add a 
counter doesn't need to pay 1 mana, it was to be needed.
Merrow Commerce - It's untapping in the opponent's untap step, it was to be 
"Beginning of your end step".
Enclave Cryptologist - The subtype is wrong (Melfolk), it was to be Merfolk.
Sleeper Agent - It isn't tapping when attack, it doesn't have Vigilance.
Drumhunter - When you have a creature with power 5 or more, the ability goes to 
stack, it was to be "Beginning of your end step".
Ghitu Encampment - It's a Soldier when becomes a creature, it was to be a 
Warrior.
"Blades of Velis Vel" and "Nameless Inversion" - It isn't a Instant 
(Shapeshifter - Tribal), it was to be a Instant too.

are you using 14.1 release download from the site, or are you on most current 
build which you built from the source?

Fixed Mercadian Lift and Ghitu Encampment. 

The rest is not reproducable.
