lite-xl is a great text editor, written in C and Lua https://github.com/lite-xl/lite-xl
if you install plugins, it can be used as a real IDE https://github.com/lite-xl/lite-xl-plugins
An official tutorial about setting up this editor will be a great addition to the xmake documentation page!
