Debian Buster(10) Xmrig-cuda library shows Disabled(NULL) when I start xmrig #150

My xmrig is saying the cuda is disabled(null) but it's enabled and I specified the path to the cuda library I'm not sure what's going on

cuda version: 11.4 GPU: Geforce GTX 1060 3gb CPU: Amd Ryzen 3700x * core Processor OS: Linux Mint 20.3 Cinnamon Kernal Version: 5.13.0-25-generic

is there anything I'm doing wrong? I compiled both xmrig and xmrig-cuda following instructions from https://xmrig.com/docs/miner/build/ubuntu

Resolved - Installed Cuda 11.6
