Fixture Copying #74

Make the server code folder configurable via rtd.conf, or perhaps the whole synchronizeMirrorApp

yes I experienced the problem that the fixtures did not apply at all as I do not have a /app/server folder. Also it was not cleat to me from any error message according to that, as it looks like it was doing something else and ignoring that part.

If I get some time later maybe I will try to improve that bit.
