Just in case you care. From the information I have found so far, the law which determines additional mitigation provided by linking seems to be something like M = 200_L_L/(16 + 4_L_L), where M is the mitigation in percent and L is the number of links.

Hmm 50_L_L/(4+L*L) is simpler and the same ...
