We can say, a lot of conference deadlines are in beginning of September, so we have to plan our work smart

search the conference by time or category
despite we want to plan the conference data earlier, Nov of 2024 has already passed the deadline for most conferences in 2024 and early 2025
so we should search for conferences that have a deadline of 2025 June around and are to be held in 2025 July/Sep
if we can finish the first version of our work in April, May
