Restructed text

This pull request removes the plain text version of the readme and converts the markdown version to restructured text so only a single readme needs maintaining.

I think you have squashed the wrong commits together, an ideal pull request would have been:

• update to the README.md content
• md -> rst both markup and extension
• removing of README

This way on every commit things would have been fine

Anyway you will practice on another pull request, i'm merging it. Thanks a lot!

BTW if you need to rename files use git mv next time instead of rm and add.
