[QUEST] Krolmir, Hammer of Storms #49

Quest: Krolmir, Hammer of Storms

Location (cords if able): Dun Niffelem, Storm Peaks

NPC/Objects Involved: King Jokkum

Description of issue: After doing the entire Sons of Hodir quest line starting in K3 and ending in Dun Niffelem, a non-human character will end up with 2400/3000 reputation as Neutral. King Jokkum will not talk to the player to complete the next quest. The daily quest Hot and Cold opens up, making it possible to achive 2750/3000 on the same day. One day later, a repeat of this quest brings the player up to 100/6000 Friendly. At this point the quest can be completed. It is not clear to me if the player should end up as Friendly by the end of the quest chain and/or if any single quest did not reward enough Sons of Hodir reputation (approximately 600 more reputation would have gotten to Friendly)

Expected behavior: Reading old wowhead comments, it's possible 2 other quests are supposed to open up at Neutral, when completing them, would make it possible to get to Friendly and finish Krolmir, Hammer of Storms.

With those quests you're able to hit friendly and unlock most dailies.

Quest Description does say the rep could be at Neutral / Friendly. It's definitely not accessible at Neutral. I do believe on other servers put you at least Friendly (?) with the Sons of Hodir but it's definitely accessible without having to wait for another daily to get Friendly.
