Pygmy Suckerfish (ID 40199) is supposed to have an open water (non pool) droprate of 10% and a pool droprate of ~65% (drops in addition to the pool's fish type). It appears it only has the open water drop chance at the moment. Just needs added to the tables of each of the northrend fishing pools. It's a high demand item for raiding consumes.
