Comma "," and period "." are switched in keyboard

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open 5-Row Qwerty
2. Select the 2nd page by tapping on the "123" button
3. Try to use either the comma or period keys.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A comma produces a period and vice versa.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?
3.1.2 on a 3GS.

Please provide any additional information below.
