Doesn't work on Ubuntu 14.04 with Gtk3.10 #17

@owais are you sure you're on Gtk 3.10? Nautilus should be using the Client Side Decoration (i.e. the unified toolbar and window controls).

It doesn't use CSD when running under Unity. It does show up when running under GnomeShell. I have nautilus 3.10 and Gtk3.10 installed.

This issue seems to have gone away in the latest update. Closing for now.
