Handles the creation of the Freya meta package.

@kolektiv how do you want to handle merging these? From @neoeinstein's talk at fsharpX, it seems these are ready to merge. @neoeinstein, is anything missing? Any additional testing or specific order in which we should merge these?

Thank you, by the way, for picking up the slack while @kolektiv and I (especially Andrew) have been busy with other things.

No problem. I'm excited to get this out there. I'm ready to merge things in, but will continue work on making interop with Hopac easier among other things after the initial merge. Also, we now have templates!
