Details

Supported OS has been changed.

• Does not support fedora 37
• Added support for fedora 39
• Added support for Alpine 3.19
• Changed Alpine's Docker Image to 3.19

Fixed cppcheck errors.

Changed the version of actions/checkout and docker/setup-buildx-action and docker/login-action.

[ggtakec]

dockerimage (alpine:3.19,alpine:3.19,alpine,default) is not a problem as it is an error due to missing packages since it is the first build.
