File name contain chinese #51

The programe not support *.md filename contain chinese characters .If anyone can help?

Japanese is also not supported 😭

I tried the fork

$ npm --version
8.1.2
$ git clone https://github.com/openmpp/github-wikito-converter.git
$ cd github-wikito-converter
$ npm install babel-cli
$ npm run build-and-install-g

$ gwtc --version
1.5.3

It works with non ascii ! Viva CJK !
