Migrate outstanding LWL objects from FindIt

Story LWL has found 23 parent objects that were not migrated from FindIt to DCS. We should migrate them. 21 are in PID 23, and 2 are in PID 60.

PID 23 parent OIDs: 10697224 10928396 15947630 15949962 15956819 15960281 16033887 16033890 16033903 16033949 16704371 17480347 17480348 17480349 17480350 17480351 17480352 17480353 17480355 17480358 17480361

[x] Provide list of parent OIDs (Summer)
[x] Export image files from Fedora
[x] Import image files into the DCS pairtree
[ ] Import the objects into DCS UAT into the WAL admin set
[ ] Audit objects in DCS UAT for file/other ingest errors
[ ] Audit objects in DCS UAT with collection owner
[ ] Import the objects into DCS PROD into the the WAL admin set
[ ] Audit objects in DCS PROD for file/other ingest errors
[ ] Audit objects in DCS PROD with collection owner
[ ] Update handles URLs to point to DCS

Sent message to LWL asking if these are in TEST and PROD Orbis, to try and use that for metadata creation, since some metadata is not pulling in.

LWL has decided they just want to ingest these as new. @MaggieZhaoYale can you put on a few points to reflect running the migration scripts?
