Process for discussing Yalla concerns

We need to agree the best way for Yalla as a cooperative to discuss issues amongst it's members.

Typically this would be regular business meetings (e.g. once a month). For us though there are some issues with this to consider:

• Remote based team provides connectivity issues which always hinders discussion
• Arguably meetings favour those with English as their first language

So other potential options could be

• Discuss all matters within issues on this repo in Master Reference
• Have a regular Slack 'meeting' where everyone agrees to be online and we talk through the issues through writing in Slack instead

In addition we need a clear process:

• Who chairs the meetings, and who takes minutes
• When the agenda is distributed and through what means
• What % of membership we require for any decision to be passed
