Conduct user interviews with 5 key organisations to identify gaps, pain points, and potential improvements. Explore opportunities for enhanced onboarding processes.

Suggested the following schedule for the send out of the surveys:

Week 1 - Distribution Send the initial survey invitation email. Include: Purpose of the survey Importance of their feedback Estimated time to complete the survey Link to the survey Deadline for completion (two weeks from the initial email)

Week 2 - First follow up Send the first follow-up email to those who haven't responded.

Week 3 - Second follow up Send the second follow-up email to those who still haven't responded.

Week 4 - Personal follow up Send personalized follow-up emails or messages to key participants who haven't responded. This can be more effective than generic reminders.

Week 5 - Closing survey Send a final thank-you email to all participants, including those who responded and those who did not. Mention that the survey is now closed and thank everyone for their time.
