Update items and recipes

[AstronIsTaken]

• Items and recipes updated to DU 0.25.12
• Using categories as in game (e.g. main categories are Consumables/Elements/Materials/Parts instead of Consumables/Parts)
• Items order as in game (the only exception is sorting by rarity, e.g. Exotic goes after Rare)
• Renamed items so names are consistent with game: e.g. Pure Iron instead of Iron Pure
• Reformatted json files for easier future modifications

To be updated later:

• Skills
• Required industries to craft item (tier of industry unit is not specified)
