I am not able to import the folders in an OPML files

I am trying to import an opml file attached. Some individual feeds are imported https://i.imgur.com/RgrJdoG.png but not the complete file. The ompl was genterated by RSSOWL No folders are imported.

I imported the same file into bazquz and all folders are displayed. https://i.imgur.com/8kFb6l2.png

I am using win 11 computer

I have the same problem with the Raven RSS so I guess some readers do not support importing folders?
