PuTTY 0.61 Released

PuTTY version 0.61 has been released.

It may be an idea to assess the desirability of creating an updated version of 
puttycyg and/or make a statement on the puttycyg home page so that people know 
not to keep pestering about it.

First off, I have very, very little idea about what I'm doing.

I (don't think I have but as far as you're concerned I...) might have broken 
something in putty and be oblivious. All your ssh connections make be leaking 
plaintext!

That said, I've attached a patch you can apply against putty-0.61, as well as 
the plain makefile from 0.60-cyg with its version numbers modified slightly.

I've built it in cygwin. The .lcc & .vc makefiles aren't up to date but should 
only require trivial additions of 'cygterm.o' & 'cygcfg.o' here & there.

Feeling bad for the sorry state of that patch... might see if I can clean it up 
tonight. Either way, it's "enough" to get some binaries built on Windows under 
cygwin.
