Please read the FAQ and check existing issues before creating a new issue.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. deselect autoselect cygwin version
2. restart puttycyg session
3. still in 32 bit mode (Both installed on PC)

What is the expected result? What happens instead?

PutTTYcyg version:
Cygwin version:
Windows version:

If you are experiencing performance issues, do you have a multi-core system
or multiple CPUs? N/A

Do you have any firewall software installed? N/A

Please provide any additional information below.
I am essentially trying to point puttycyg to my 64bit cygwin installation and
not the 32 bit. Is this possible?

The FAQ (https://code.google.com/p/puttycyg/wiki/FAQ) says "As of PuTTYcyg
version 20090508, setting the working directory will allow you to turn off the
Autodetect Cygwin Installation and use multiple Cygwin installations on your
system."

But I don't see any way to "set the working directory (Start in:) to your
Cygwin installation's /bin directory"

I'm using PuTTYcyg 20101029 and there is no "Start in:" field, neither under
the Cygterm specific option or the general PuTTY connection options.

I use PuTTYcyg version 20101029, and modify the work directory to cygwin 64bits.
I got the message
"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close
the application." in Chinese.

I gave up ages ago and am just using the default mintty now, and am very happy
with it. I have forgotten the original reason why I moved to PuTTYcyg anyway..

Ha, I use mintty, too. Because "byobu" can't work fine with cygwin 64bits
mintty, I want to try PuTTYcyg.

Did anybody have luck using PuTTYcyg with Cygwin 64?

I don't think it's compatible, as the required cygwin1.dll files are different.
The same applies to KiTTY as well.
