Feat ignore generated files

This pr removes generated files from the repository. To keep the repository lean and avoid merge conflicts.

It includes the following changes:

• Removed the .generated directory
• added i.generated to .gitignore
• run yarn codegen before
  • build:mainnet
  • build:fantom
  • build:arbitrum
  • test
