using AFQ-Browser on our data #284

Hi there, What a great tool! We tried to run the AFQ-Browser on our data after converting it into the json data format. It seems that the fibers from your data always have 100 points (from 0 - 99). The fibers from our data always have different numbers of points. Are we doing something wrong? Do we need to normalize the fiber points? We tried using dynamic numbers of points but it seems only to work when all fibers have the same amount. Thank you so much!

Hi! Thanks for getting in touch. How did you convert your data into the JSON format? Are you working with output of the AFQ software? I believe that will usually provide "core fibers" that are all the same length (100 is the default, I believe).
