Example code does not work (missing css) #49

When I ran the complete example shown at:

http://code.google.com/p/jquery-utils/wiki/UiTimepickr

it looked nothing like the one on your site (I got numbered lists running
down the page).

To fix it I had to include the following css file.

dist/themes/default/ui.timepickr.css

I am using 0.7.0a on Linux with Firefox 3.0.

Sorry I now see this is a repeat of 39,... although with a little of extra 
helpful
info. Mea Culpa,.. funny how you read through the bugs and don't see the 
matching one
until you submit your own.
