Updates folder structure, fixes #350 #358

Adhering to the current standard folder structure solves the problem where generators would be listed twice on yo --help #350

Works fine, thank you! :) I'm surprised that this fixes the issue though. It's kinda strange as we still use the "old" folder structure at many other generators.
