Gesture is always incomplete #604

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In any opened tab I always try to make a gesture but, it stops drawing the 
trace and the gesture do not trigger any action.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that the gesture, even if the trace is no longer visible, would be 
performed. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I downloaded 0.15.4.13 on windows 7
