Remove YugipediaSetMapper in favor of entity mapper

• Create YugipediaSetEntityMapper with helper mappers (language ones)
• Remove YugipediaSetMapper in favor of entity mapper
• Add new acceptance-test for entity mapper
• Keep acceptance-test for entity-to-model workflow
