remove frax logic for ticket 0901

• new hook to allow removal of frax liquidity
• remove frax as a base asset
• adding frax strategies back in to allow removal
• logic to accomodate v2 strategy functions that we need (abi, etc)

@jacobryas4, do you have a tenderly link to the successful fork transaction.

Also, we probably don't want to have a hook for each asset's removal, but due to the idiosyncrasy of this particular action/bug, we can have this useRemoveLiquidity specific to frax, and remove the hook after the user removes their liquidity.
