Hi, thanks for the feedback! We understand that it is impossible to have 1 contact assigned to multiple concerts happening at the same time in some scenarios, especially for artists.
However, we also believe that it will be considered "overzealous invalid input handling" as there are cases where 1 contact is assigned to different concerts happening at the same time, at different venues.
Going back to the example you provided, as a concert organiser, I can assign the same security company to Coldplay and Frank Ocean's concerts.
Regarding your point that it is impossible for this scenario to happen for artists, it is something that we can definitely look into in the future.

Reason for disagreement: [replace this with your explanation]
As seen from the image above, the user can assign a person to multiple concerts (Coldplay and Frank Ocean) that are both happening at the same time, at different venues.
As a concert manager in charge of multiple concerts, this could cause confusion if one forgets that a certain individual already has a role in one of the concerts, and assigns them to another concert happening at the same time. Although this may still be feasible for promoters, it is not possible if the person is an artist.
Perhaps the team could explore doing a check when the user tries to add concert contacts, that the said person is not tasked to a different concert at that day and time.
