Since our target users are medical professionals, they are expected to understand and categorise these illnesses. However, we understand that different doctors may prefer to categorise illnesses their own ways. We will mark this as NotInScope
since these illnesses are clear to our target users, but an improvement to categorise illnesses differently could be made in future versions.

Reason for disagreement: I believe that this cannot be considered as NotInScope since it is quite a vital section for your product, given that your product uses quite a number of tags. Below is a screenshot and link showing how your tag "Chronic Conditions" could overlap with "Infectious Disease" and "Environmental Illnesses". Given that there is no clear demarcation of these tags scientifically, it is necessary to define what each of them means so that your users can have a baseline reference to go back to.
Without clear definitions, users may interpret tags differently on different days, leading to confusion or misclassification of information. This can hinder the accuracy and relevance of search results or recommendations within the product.
Below is a screenshot of your user guide:
Expected / Possible Improvements: It is unclear on what is constitutes chronic conditions etc. Different doctors may group different conditions differently and the user guide should contain the definitions on the illness tags.
This is so as to ensure that your reader / user will have some sort of standardising on categories.
