Task category is mandatory in a task does not work correctly. When the option is selected, it does not allow closing the ticket referring to the absence of a category, although it is present in both the ticket and the task. 1 photo_2023-06-09_10-09-54 we close the ticket by adding a solution.

I can't reproduce. Which version of GLPI do you used? Which version of the plugin?

GLPI 10.0.6 ( => /usr/share/glpi) Installation mode: TARBALL Current language:ru_RU

behaviors 2.7.2 i can capture my screen, maybe this way im more informative.

when you add a solution the ticket is not closed but solved. I change the entity's parameter to close the ticket immediately after the solution but a can reproduce (i'm on GLPI 10.0.10) Can you explain, step by step all your actions?
