Transactions NOT shown in Mempool for SegWit addresses to my knowledge. I haven't tried with Legacy addresses.

Even though it doesn't seem like it shows up in the mempool, it should still work. You can use their explorer at https://explorer.btcprivate.org/ to see if the transaction has registered with the network.
