Update dependencies #27

Changelog Description

Updated ayon api and few other python modules. Added email.mime.* to be included in build. Added missing commands to helper scripts.

Testing notes:

  1. Run ./tools/manage.ps1 create-env or ./tools/make.sh create-env to update dependencies.
  2. Build and make installer.
  3. Install AYON.
  4. Run AYON with https://github.com/ynput/OpenPype/pull/5361
