Disagreement on German number format causes ALUUnitTest to fail #245

Test #653: pretty(p,,,'de_DE') ==> 10003,141593: *** NOT OK *** - 10.003,141593

Apparently, some libraries have the de_DE locale with thousands separator...

Locale <de_DE> uses <,> as decimal point, <.> as separator in a <3/3> grouping.

While on my Mac it's unlimited. Need to test in setup, just for the benefit of the unit test? Or perhaps just allow both in the unit test? Maybe check that all 4 tests agree?
