add Ukrainian #74

Addresses #73

Test plan:

Created .env:

DEBUG_WORD=критика
MAX_MEMORY_MB=16384
DICT_NAME=test

ran ./auto.sh Ukrainian English and imported test-uk-en.zip to Yomitan. Performance on an example wiki page with the Russian yomitan mode is actually pretty good.
