I tried to create a ball elevator to carry ball/cube through the helix ramp, but ball fell THROUGH the ramp.

Hi Sketchphysics Pros

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ball/cube on the top second floor fell off from the elevator when plays 
2. cube on the top floor rotate then fell off (looks like it does what I wanted 
it to do.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The ball on the lower level will travel through the ramp and fell off on the 
top of ramp.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SketchyPhysics 3.5.5, Google Sketchup 8, Window 7 SP1 (also not working on 2nd 
computer with window 8.2)

Please provide any additional information below.
