Steps to reproduce

Expected behavior

I should be able to download more languages.

Actual behavior

The number of installable languages is limited by the window height / resolution.

Issue persist on v9.0, android14

I didn't see any commits between v9.0 and 10.0 particularly mentioning to fix/change this and if I'm not wrong @Bnyro I think that this should be ReOpened and fixed, because on 3 devices I don't even see this list of downloaded data, instead the DLed langs. disappear from the list for me, unless I do a search, then they show up (with a trash button, instead of a DL one). The UI needs a lot of work.
