Switching language with ⇄ makes the text disappear

Steps to reproduce

Set a translator that gives an error( so impossible to translate). In this case DeepL

Expected behavior

The text doesnt disappear

Actual behavior

The text disappears when i click the switch button.

Other details

If for some reason other translators give errors(temporary, not like DeepL right now) and not translate the text will disappear too
