The links for Welfare Policies and Policy on Safeguarding are not working #167

Describe the bug

When you click on the links, you are redirected to the pages that are not working. Might also be the case with other redirecting links to policies and guides.

Expected behaviour

The links should lead to policies :)

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to WIKI
  2. Go to the Welfare page
  3. Click on the policy links (the complaint form one is working. but those two are not)
