Unable to submit Evaluations #177

Describe the bug

When submitting evaluations there is no way to continue past the points section. There is a timeline shown at the top indicating there is three steps - evaluation, points and done. There is no way to continue from points to done. Users can write the evaluation, it gives the options to "Save as Draft" or "Next". Once "Next" is selected the points section appears. There is two options "Save as Draft" or "Back" there is no option to submit.

Expected behaviour

Once you move to the points page, you should be able to continue or submit the application.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to evaluations
  2. Select the event and person you would like to evaluate
  3. Scroll down to the bottom click next
  4. See error

Worth adding: Issue occurring for two events - Genova Regional Session (EYP Italy) and Fusion Digital Session (EYP Ireland)

Hi emma, after you save as draft you should be able to publish the evaluation but you have to save as draft first?

@EYPHRALI Hey there - unfortunately no I cannot publish it after I save as draft. The issue still occurs even though I have saved as draft.

Hi! We have come across the same error (unable to submit evaluations even if we fill out all the necessary fields) in the framework of Lyon 2021. Could you please kindly assist us in solving the issue? Many thanks! @valboyko

Hey there! I am experiencing the same situation for Circus - 5th Regional Selection Conference of EYP Belarus, I cannot submit the evaluations as there is no "Submit" button even though I filled the required fields of the evaluations.

Hi everyone, we are working on the fix for this currently. It should be sorted very soon at which point for all events that were hindered by this we will reopen evaluations!

Hi All, This is now fixed - we are working to allow you all to submit evaluations by extending the eval call for al your events. I'll also be sending an email out so anyone with an event in the issue timeframe can send me an email.
