Feature request: Turkish basebands - TurkCell #53

Hello - thanks for the OpenRecovery for Milestone.

Is there anyway to get the basebands for Turkey? Specifically for the TurkCell 
carrier? How could I put them into the openrecovery so that I could apply them?

I found this which shows the details for the TurkCell phone and the baseband 
information. If its not too much trouble could you point me in the next 
direction?
