Now that Android Studio is the preferred IDE for Android development, this sample should be updated to work with it.
Mostly just an automated build conversion with an extra check in the build script to ensure the YouTube Player library has been included. Ideally this would come from a Gradle repository but I don't believe it's been included in any yet.
