[skin] Use popup type for osc2_range instead of knob #23

Hello Nick,

I've just finished my Behringer BCR2000 skin and have a question about it. I 
wanted to turn the osc2_range knob into a popup but then I got only three 
options in the popup menu, no matter how many frames and popup_strings I used. 
Is this a bug or did I oversee something? I've commented my fiddlings in the 
layout.ini file.
One of these days I will upload the corresponding MIDI templates (one sysex 
file for the BCR2000 and a controller file for amSynth).
