amsynth needs an icon! #6

a specific amsynth icon is missing (if possible a svg one should be perfection).

the file amsynth_logo.h should be replaced by a real image (reusable for 
desktop shortcut) which will be then displayed in the amsynth gui.

Latest code in svn repository has an icon, used for desktop shortcut and window 
icon :-)

Hello Nick,

Is there also a svg version (or maybe a higher resolution xcf) available of 
this icon? This would be nice for any eventual future skins in which people 
like to integrate the amSynth icon.
