I need a little help to get this up running please. I have installed from pypi on Rpi zero with rs485 hat, is this the right way to do it ? another question is that I don't know the path to where to put the config.yaml file.

As it is written in the Readme: nibe-mqtt -c config.yaml

You specify config file in command line.
