output of help command is only printed at second invokation #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. type `help b`

3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
output of the `help` command should be printed to the application console. The 
output only appear at the second invokation. The first time only a newline 
character is printed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.8
