What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change language setting to Chinese
2. Cannot display Chinese characters in setting menu
3. There is no problem in MS2Ginger 4.0 beta

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Chinese characters in setting menu without problem

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MS2Ginger 4.0 [2012.06.19]

try this font

http://ms2ginger.googlecode.com/files/DroidSansJapanese.ttf

Copy it to /system/fonts  permission 644 (rw r r)
